Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the original invoice.
Items may be returned within one week of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible items will be refunded to the original method of payment within 10 working days after the return has been submitted. If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same credit card used during the purchase.
All return shipping costs, and associated fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Naseem Al Barari Auto Spare Parts Co. LLC or Nashmi Car Services reserve the right to refuse any return or reimbursement if the tyres have been mounted, driven, unpacked, damaged, or otherwise used by the buyer.
